Who can go into this folder:

-Mediterranean territories (like the ones that aren’t covered in Hetalia)
-Eastern European countries and territories (Romania, Yugaslavia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, ect…)
-Central European Territories (the ones that aren’t covered in Hetalia).

Who can’t go into this folder are:

-Cannon Characters of any kind! (This is an OC only folder)

-South American characters (unless with the OC followings)

-North American Characters (unless with the OC followings)

-Western Europe OCs (unless with the OC followings)

-Nobody from Africa! (Unless you have them in a group with the following countries, this is Central and Eastern Europe, remember?)

-Nobody from former Russian states (like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, ect…)

-Nobody from current Russian regions like Chechnya or Dagestan (that’s for my other group Hetalia from the East)

-Nobody from Asia (Unless you have them in a group with the following countries)
